With folded hands and available knowledge I would bring to your notice the SCAM by Kesava Reddy Educational Institutions in Srikakulam (Andhra Pradesh)
I (Peta Satyanarayana) resident of Parlakhemundi (Gajapaty District of Odisha State) got admitted my daughter to 6th standard in the year 2010 at ETCHERLA (SRIKAKULAM ) campus with an option of Advance payment of Rs 250000/- ( Against signed Promisory Note to repay after completion of 10 th standard) for 5 years . Accordingly borrowed money from my nearest relatives for better education of my daughter (Peta Himakalyani ). During the year 2015 my daughter completed her 10 th standard. On approaching the management of Kesava Reddy Educational Institutions management with earlier isued promissory note for refund of my Deposit, they refused to pay. During the material period Issue started State wide of Non Refunding of Deposit amount by management state wide. This news was telecasted through all popular Regional Language News papers and Media. I got frightened and with insecurity in my mind approached the management once again for refund of my money. They bluntly refused and advised to complain wherever they wish. Hence the affected parents of students lodged complaint in Etcherla Police station. Subsequent upon the wide spread news of SCAM of Kesava Reddy Educational Institutions, the Chairman was arrested in the year 2015.
Till date there is no outcome of Advance Refund from Management. The State Government is Silent on this Issue. We have no Communication or any Assurance from the Government. My relatives are not tolerant of the amount which I had borrowed during the year 2010. Progress of the case s also not known sir.
Sir once again with folded hands I appeal on behalf of all the parents affected in the SCAM to interrogate TRUTH and do justice by getting back the huge amount paid as advance to Kesava Reddy Educational Institutions.
