I have worked with this company with 8 month team member are very good and helping nature
when I have joined company offered 12k base monthly base and + every month performance bonus it is like 10%-20%-40%– if performances is not good any month you will get only base salary this was the deal of joining time
but never get more than 10% as much I have I work deliver, Sumit deal with all project and works after 6 month his shows hi true colour with team he is started he had stuck salary and paid after 20dyas delay and after 10 days next salary was loading on company so he talk rubbish and denied to pay salary. Most of employees has stop to working.
there is no work offices in India all work managed from Poland
