KG Hospital
Last week, my father was admitted to KG. Due to unresolved insurance claims, the discharge procedure was scheduled to take place on Monday. They received word of the final insurance settlement on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
My parents will not be able to return at this time because they were by themselves and reside in Kotagiri. My mother and Dr. RK had previously decided that they would depart early on Wednesday morning following the settlements.
We were also prepared to pay the additional room fee. The insurance lady acted really badly after being informed of this, yelling and screaming so loudly that my mother started crying.
This is completely intolerable, and I want this woman to be held accountable. We would anticipate courteous treatment, and this is not what we would expect from a reputable hospital like KG when it comes to my elderly parents.
