I have a retired employee from railway. I had purchased two shop’s from khalsa properly advisor, jalandhar at random. 1200000/- property dealer agreed that he will hand over the shops duly completed with noc, water &electricity and shutter. He requested to get registery done so in sep 18 we have done registry and he committed to complete shops in one month. We have pay full payment. Now one year gone he have doing nothing. It is come to our notice that corporation have doing challan against shop’s for noc purpose which dealer has not confirmed us and we done registry. Kindly do the needful as earliest.
