Dear Sir, I ordered Samsung Washing Machine’s Heating Element. After waiting for 3 months I received the element. But on installing it on my machine, came to know that it’s rubber seal is not working and water leaks from the element. I contacted your sales office TECHSERVE ABU DHABI and shown them original spare of my machine, which is clearly not matching with the one I purchased. But they simply said that we cannot do anything. And it cannot be returned also. I was surprised to hear their response, company of stature is saying they do not care about after sales service. Although amount is not big but the thing that counts is TRUST. Please resolve this matter.
