We buyed a mobile phone from a website called discount4india. The mobile phone was of very bad quality. We ordered a 4g phone which had good features but the phone we have ordered is really bad and dint have good features. The mobile phone’s screen has started to get less , it’s camera is worst a button phone has better camera than it we are not able to click photos and take videos , sound quality is worst , settings are not those which a smart phone have , the android version is very old , the space of the phone is very less, the phone does not support apps like you tube , instagram, the phone has a very old browser which is not apropriate as per my work , the inbuilt app’s in the phone are not updated they are very old , we are not able to make calls easily , it’s battery gets low very quickly we have to charge if again and again . We are not able to download applications from play store I haven’t downloaded any application because play store shows me a notification insufficient storage as I have not downloaded any thing till now. The quality of screen is useless , no apps , bad camera and many more problems. The phone has been used just two time second time the phone started hanging very very much the phone actually took fifteen minutes to get switched off and the first time it took 10 min to get started. The phone is not worth its value not able to call , bad camera , inappropriate settings , promised 4g phone but is a 3g phone , bad quality phone , baterry not good , hanging too much , worst camera I have ever seen , Los graphics and many more. One more problem I forgot to mention is that first time I started the phone within 6 min it just got heated like it was put in any gas stove . The phone i’s heating too much which is very harmful in cas if it gets blasted they will not be responsible for it. These are the problems please I want refund on the mobile phone please begging🙏🙏. Please a humble request please get my money back. We have submitted about 4500 rs plse get our money back please. We got it 4 days before please we want our money back.
