I had ordered a 16 piece shelf rack from kitchen vally website at a cost of Rs 399 on 2nd january. But till date I have not received the goods and the complaint phone number given by the company is switched off. I think it is a fake website

The kitchenvally.com is 100% fake online company. I have ordered multiple products for Rs.1500/- on Dec 30 so far I didn’t receive any products. Now that website is not available. They sent one order confirmation SMS with a link but that link is also not loading.
