My name is Pallavi. I ordered a cute cat shape 4 piece soft crap pillow from kitchenvally on 25th December 2020. My order no. is 1312.I make a online payment of ₹399. I got a confirmation mail from kitchenvally too. I waited for some days but no product received . Then I mailed them too but no response from their side till date. I ordered from kitchenvally but when my payment deducted it’s from clothings life . Please help me. Thanks
