Hello there, i am rajneesh. i ordered kiwo jeevan mobile online on 11th of november 2016. i also did online payment. there was a message shown that your process of shipment will be processed on 17th dec 2016 but, it’s 24th dec today. there is no further message from their side. i even mailed them but they did not replied. the contact number (Customer support) they have shown is either switched off or out of coverage area always. can anybody please tell me what should i do?
Sir I have alao order kiwomobile on website . they give me reference number also confirmation massage . the will shipement on 17 Dec but still today is 10 Jan not received mobile from them . what I do .
I ordered and made the payment too of kiwo mobile on 8 nov and they made a statement in the form of message as they will deliver the phone by 17 dec but yet it is not deliveredtill 24 december what to do now where to file a case
