Dear Customers of KLJ Greens project Sec 77, faridabad. I have been associated with this project from the day it started. The Developer has No interest in handing over the project to the rightful owners in time, just recently in October 2013, the developer has terminated the finishing works of their Towers in pocket B. The whole management is under leadership trouble and lawlessness rules their officers incharge of project. My advice to the innocent families is get together and protest for your rights.

M/S KLJ simply wants to charge extra by hook or crook and deprive flat buyers to get benefit of appreciation of flat price.
It seems KLJ Greens is at great ease to finish the project. Now, it has introduced a clause (1.14) to charge for increase in input cost from the date of booking unilaterally in addition to enhanced EDC/IDC.
