Can you help me on the below:

1) I Have bought one 2 BHK + study unit in resale in KLJ Greens, Sec 77, Faridabad.
2) I approached KLJ in Jun’12 through an agent ( galaxy real estate) and got a statement / ledger for that unit dated 11th Jun’12 for the total O/S amount (copies attached).
3) Based on this statement, I initiated a process for a preapproved loan from LIC housing ltd.
4) After getting the loan approved, I got the transfer done on 27th Aug’12. They did not provide any fresh statement before the transfer and took previous issued statement as base. I have attached a receipt for the payment made for all the o/s amount till that day.
5) On 31st Jan’13, KLJ sent me a demand for increase in EDC/IDC charges. This was already paid at the time of transfer on 27th Aug’12.
6) On 9th Apr’13, I again received a demand of Rs. 91,769 with a due date of 9th May’13. This was paid before the due date on 8th May’13.
7) On 8th May’13, KLJ also issued a credit note to me for the revision in EDC/IDC charges from Rs. 360/unit to Rs. 295/unit. With a unit area of 1279, the amount was Rs. 83,135. They did not adjust the amount in the current demand.

Till 8th May’13, there was only a credit note that was to be adjusted against the last demand at the time of offer of possession.

But now they have sent me one more statement dated 5th Jul’13 (copy attached), in which they have made back dated entries on 27th Aug’12 and have shown –
“INTEREST AGAINST UNPAID DUES ON OLD CUSTOMER” for the amount of Rs. 223,092. They have already adjusted the credit note of 83,135 to this interest amount and have shown Rs. 139,957 as O/S against my name. They are not willing to help me on this and are adamant about this amount.

Could you help me and guide me as this interest amount was never highlighted to me until 5th Jul13. They really should have settled it with the seller at the time of transfer or should have informed me in advance. Please Help!
