In the month of February, Kokilaben Hospital performed a ligament operation on me.
I was informed to pay a 5% deposit of the total estimated bill at the time of admission, which will be reimbursed once I leave the hospital.
We are currently in the month of April, but I have still heard nothing about my refund from your end.
I even called the refund department, but you didn’t pick up the phone. I also called the number that was listed online, and according to the latest information from that time, the refund department has still not provided them with the updates.
You shouldn’t treat your patients in this manner.
Please refund the remaining balance as soon as possible.
