I have taken a loan from the app KOKO cash after summiting my information they showed me a limit of 8,000 but after deducting their fees and charges they only sent me 4,420 with a huge rate of interest and file charge and after 4 days they are messaging me in whats app and calling me to pay me before due date which is not acceptable and i said i am not going to pay before the due date. Then they try to abuse me that why u take a loan when u can’t pay it .and when i try to pay through their app the payment system was not working. So they are a total fraud china base company please give me a solution for this
