I bought a flipkart gift voucher of ₹500.The send invalid voucher.I mailed them many times .The just said we are resolving this issue but still they are not resolving my problem.Today the mailed new voucher but both the voucher(old) is same and not working.Please provide the valid voucher or refund my money.
I am attching the transaction and mail by them.
