I have done shopping with Koovs.com and the stuff was really bad I have returned the product but they are not refunding my amount back to me. As I have called to their customer care many a time but they came up with new excuses every time .i think they are totally bluffing the customer . although it is a Gurgaon based company . Stuff are worst like 200RS shirts and they are selling it for 1200 . My order NO are 1844418 and 1844417. So, please help me to get my money back.
