On 3rd jan 2017 at 1:33:55 am I was placing order at koovs and I put all details of my card then suddenly thier application stoped working aftr that I recived msg from bank that INR 2875 has been deducted from my account, when I informed the same to customer care they said payment is failed so where is my money and who is going to bear this amt
