Its been two years now, i have been following up with kotak GIC team for final settlement but now reply from their side.
i approached every senior desk i.e respective reporting manager Mr. Mohit Mittal, Distribution Head -Mr Jagjeet Singh sidhu and Shreya (HR), Anirban Malik (Hr Head) but no one have time to resolve the issue.
As per my discussion and understanding Mr Mohit Mittal have certain personal problem with me so he raised issued and asked Hr to stop my F&f process even thought i resigned with proper procedure with clearing all dues form every dept.
i have worked with several reputed organization within the domain but never faced any challenge while joining or leaving any one of them except Kotak GIC.
Also chasing with them since 2019 after resignation but no answer even post that i have changed two more organization and got clearance form their as well.
