Kousalya Enterprises – Cheating 25000rs saying job at Hyundai

A person called Surendar is doing job consultant works. He is running Kousalya enterprises. He is from Denkanikottai, Hosur. A person told me that he will arrange jobs. I also enqiured him. He told me that there is a vacancy in Hyundai, Chennai. He told me to deposit 25000rs for getting interview call letter from the Hyundai company and then only i can attend the interview. He assured me that he will get the job within a week if not he will return the money back. Since i was searching a core job for a long time, I too agreed to deposit the amount in the Karur Vysya bank. I deposited the money on 3rd September 2013. After getting the money, he told me that i will get the call letter within 3 days. But i didn’t get any call letter. On the 4th day when i was calling him, he refused to attend my call for about 2 days. After then he himself called me and said that he was in a important meeting so he could attend the call. After then he was saying about the vacancy in other companies and saying a big amount for joining in it. I was totally cheated by him. He collects the money by saying a top MNC company and after collecting the money he wont attend your call. If rarely he attends my call, he will say me that today evening 3’00 clock you will get the call letter. I am asking for the return of money but he is not giving me back saying that it is in Hyundai company and they didn’t repay him back like that. Also he says that he will give 12000rs only after getting the money from the Hyundai company. When i told him that i am going to complain on you in police station, he called me and told that he will return the money on 25th October 2013. But Till now he has not given my money back not even a single rupee. I have called him nearly 65 times today, but he didn’t my call not even single time. I can see call waiting when i call to him but he is not attending call from unknown numbers and my number. Please take corrective actions against him.
