This is regarding a 12 storey apartment project at Sarjapur main road near domassandra circle KRISTAL SELENITE, I have booked a flat two years back there during April 2013, when already fourth storey sructure was completed.

As per agreement they are supposed give possession by August 2014 but they did not deliver and promise to give by December 2015. But in between there was no work for sometime. Again the work resumed from November 2014 but since then only the roofing work is completed and block and internal plastering work is partially completed. The work was very slow and only few labours used to work and suddenly now they completely stopped the work from January 2016.
The Kristal people are making false commitments and keep on postponing the dates. For the entire project not even 50 percent of work is completed.
I am continuously following with them but they responsible persons are not taking the calls. Now I realises that I have made very big mistake investing my hard earned money with the group of cheaters. I don’t want the flat now and want to cancel my booking and get the money back.
