Hi Team, This is regarding Kristal Group (http://www.kristalgroup.com/). I did book a Villa with them and paid an amount of Rs 5 Lakh. Due to their AGM mis commitment on the actual price quoted, later the booking was cancelled and they agreed to refund my money by October 2014. Its been almost an year now and they have yet not refunded my money. They keep giving me new dates. They also gave me two cheques worth Rs 2 lakh and 3 lakh but when I presented the same it bounced. Whenever I call them they give me a new date. Please help me as its been almost an year now. I have all email communication and calls recorded where they have promised me my refunds and they keep changing the dates. I am really stressed and stuck now.
