I ordered 3 kurtis cotton from their website. They didn’t sent any messages and i selected cod option.they suddenly came on the door and delivered the parcel .i was not at home.they took money from my frnd and left.when i open it.this was not same.this is cheap and dirty clothes.
I called on customer care number. The number was switched off and ekart is also not helping. They did fraud .i want my refund back.otherwise i have cctv footage
I will complaint against the delivery man.and company.
