Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Neeraj, from Faridabad. I took part in the OLET exam
for the admission in MCA. I got rank 227 in the exam. In first counselling
I got admission in Kurukshetra University. So I had deposited the annual
fees. But in Second counselling I got YMCA university Faridabad as an
upgrade. So I took admission in this university as it is in my home town.

Now I wrote application to the Department of computer
Science and Application of KUK for the refund of fees before the last date
of cut off date of all admission viz. 29 July 2016. The diary number is 66
for application which is given by university for the reference of the
request. They said that fees will be refunded within two or three months.
But now when I contacted them again they said that your fees will not be
refunded because their seats are not filled.

I request you to take action against university and help me
to take my fees back.
