Through Team HR, I received a call today. Team HR handles payroll for my business. They informed me that the business process is sluggish. Please give one month’s notice and leave the company.
No one ever gets in touch with me the way management and HR do. They closed my working email address and removed me from all groups. Where can I find you then?
We are only receiving one month’s compensation because the company is being laid off. There is a clause in the company’s retrenchment policy that allows you to receive 90 days of salary.
But no one has contacted me about my three months’ salary. Aside from September, I want my salary and bonus for three months. I won’t turn in the laptop until then.
