I paid Rs.399 to buy a multi-function mini portable air conditioner from Lacasha.com on 5.5.2022 but they are repeatedly showing that my order is still in process and till today they did not send me the product that I ordered from their website after I have completed the payment. On their website, there is no customer care number given but only an only email address was there. when I emailed them to know about my order, they did not send me any reply. It seems that they are a fraud company. In that case, I request you to please help me to get my money back.
