I ordered an 8 pieces lingerie set from a sute called shades shines. I found it thorough advertisements on YouTube and Instagram. Before ordering the product i even checked whether the company has return and replace policy or not. The website had clear and long 2 page note about their service and return policy. While loging in i even received an automated mail from the company. But when I received the product and opened it, there were 3 dirty panties packed within cardboard boxes. I went to the site i tried to check the refund policy, but the site didn’t had any instructions relating to the returning procedure, nor it provided returning option. I tried contacting the website from the details provided by them. But they were fake. I tried to calling the seller several times, but the phone was switched off everytime. The company’s address said it was in Surat, the language of the caller tune on the call was punjabi. I even wrote 4 to 5 mails to the company but i got no response. After trying that, I tried to find any other contact number given on the parcel, but it was switched off too. The amount was not minimal and I really need the refund please.
