During the 8 th april 2022 mothers day sale i ordered sports bras from a trusted shopping site. The mode of payment was cash on delivery. A few days later a package for the same expected amount of rs 600 arrived and my mother paid for it as we were expected such a delivery. This came in while i was not home.
Firstly i havent visited or heard of such a website. Secondly there were 3 bras instead of 6 as said on the package. Thirdly, we thought that if i was the correct size then why not use it. But the mentioned size on the package is 34 and that of 30 arrived. This was of a cheap quality and it stinks. The material is horrible and it has a disgusting odour. Fourthly, the phone number on the package is usless. And i have called it multiple times for it to tell me its switched off.
I have no idea how they got my address and no idea whom to contact since the phone number mentioned on the package doesnt connect and is always switched off. I had to search the net to find this particular “ladies fashion hub, 154, yamuna vihar, delhi, phone: 7642823110” belonging website. And i am furious that my private information got leaked and i lost 600rs for something i never saw or needed and i have no way to return it.
