I got a hair colour done for ₹4400 plus taxes and was not given a bill for the same. The salon has a pamphlet stuck on its wall that if you don’t get the bill, you will receive a gift card of the equivalent bill value. However, now the salon is showing some other terms & conditions and giving only ₹1000 as the rebate amount.
This is not acceptable as they have incorrectly printed the pamphlets and updated different terms and conditions on their website. Both statements don’t match each other at all.
Have spoken to everyone in the salon and Lakme departments and they are not providing any resolution. Please look in to this matter so I get my gift card for equivalent bill value.
