Dear sir,
I Swapnil Vijay Bhosale of resident at JNPT Township, Building no.B99, Room No.01, Taluka Uran, Dist Raigard Pin code 400707 Maharashtra was working with Lakshmi Precision Screws Limited , 153-A, Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400021 and resigned on Dec 2015 & relived on 31.03.2016. It was agreed by the management that they will settle my full and final within a month, but till date even after 18months they are not settling my dues.
I have written them several mails in this period for which they have not responded and also stopped picking my calls. I have my aged parents to take care and I am in need of this legal dues .
Inspite of explaining everything to them in my mails, the company is not responding. Hence as a last resort, I am writing this to you with a hope that your esteemed office will interfere in this matter and help me to get my legal dues.
I have enclosed the latest mail which I have written to them for your reference.
Hope that you will intervene and give me the justice by way of helping me to get my legal dues.
My total dues with interst 18% is as above Rs.3,27,615.55/-
