I have purchased 2 flats in navi mumbai and i have registered it and also i have all the papers of my flats. But the landlord is not ready to give me my property and it has been almost more than 10 years. I have been sending notices… Warnings and there is no response from them. They are some thakurs who says ďo what you want but we will not give you the property.
Secondly they have given my flat on rent and they are taking the rent of those 2 flats
Cam you please help me what can be done
