I deposited 3500 in a pg located near saket metro by the name swarna pg and informed the care taker one month prior, that i will be vacating the pg, due to of lockdown i shifted to my brother’s apartment and asked the owner to return the deposit once the month is over he denied by saying you didn’t email to vaccate the pg, however i was not informed at the time of entry that i have to email.
