I am staying in 3BHK flat for the past 11 months and on of sudden for personal reasons our owner want me to vacate house within 1 month i.e. by 15th June. Getting a good 3BHK house close to my kids school in Hyderabad and in mid of academic of my school going daughters is very problematic. I spent almost 30, 000 rupees for house shift, thousands of rupees for electronic (AC, TV, Home Theater etc) installations and also made change of address in gas connection, voter Id, Aadhar etc… which is very tedious process to get it done again. If I have to change, all these expenses will be additional financial and psychological burden on me.
I also notice there is one vacant flat in the premises under the same landlord but he don’t want to give that neither to his brother nor to me. I strongly believe there is a serious weird reason behind his demand of vacating my house. So, please suggest what should be my next step to get compensated and also get 1 year time to vacate the house.
