I am writing this mail to do a complaint as I am very disappointed, angry, and upset on your unprofessionalism way of working.
Subject is my HWB Number and cargo had been received yesterday i.e., 15th of March. Upon receiving all the crockery and even plastic ware is totally damaged and badly smashed. Looks like the cartons had been handled in a very unprofessional manner, being thrown and banged wherever possible. I HAVE ATTACHED PICTURES AND VIDEO FOR THE SAME.
Below is the chronology.
We have arranged cargo of products for India, which are priceless in terms of our emotions our attached to it since, we are migrating to Canada. Hence, before migrating we planned to cargo all products close our heart to our loved ones.
Cargo was arranged on 14th of January. We have packed our products, specifically fragile items, packed and secured properly with proper packaging, protection and boxes specially procured from IKEA.
Your team arrived and said they cannot accept it and would need to pack each and every item by them. Therefore, they reopened cartons being packed by us and repacked in their own cartons. Moreover, charged extra for it!!
I was kept on insisting, be vigilant but was ensured “don’t worry, it will be taken care” and they were kept on packing it.
I thought, ABC is professional as we are kept on hearing lots of marketing ads on radio, social media etc. and trust it.
Unfortunately, I was wrong after looking at the condition of whole cargo. Not even single plate, crockery and plastic ware reached in single piece. Everything was smashed, fragmented, damaged, shattered and crushed…….
This is not acceptable. I am very disappointed with this and would definitely highlight on all the channels of social media and within my social circle as we are living in this country for last 25+ years and before we fly to Canada will make sure that we highlight the brand image of your unprofessional cargo company and moreover, would be complaining to DED also.
This is not the way ABC should deliver the cargo or accomplish the task!! Who would compensate it..
Need an immediate reply and solution to this as I am very annoyed and fuming!
