Your Sales Person Mr Pradeep 08898722461 Has Given Me False Commitments Since Around 25 December And Asked Me To Go To Vikas Puri Branch On Saturday And The Office Was Closed. Then He Asked Me To Do The Same At Janakpuri Branch Of Yours On 28th Dec, Which Was My Last Day Of Policy And It Will Be Done There. Then He Asked Me To Courier The Documents To Mumbai Office And That I Will Get The Soft Copy Of The Policy On Dec 30th. But Till Date Nothing Has Been Done And Every Day He Gives Me A New Date. Then He Asked Me To Call Mr Raj His Team Leader With Phone No. 09819343592, But Unfortunately That Person Also Didnt Helped Me. And I Tried Customer Care Also Few Times. In Delhi The Checking By Traffic Police Is Very Strict Now A Days. So Kindly Take Strict Action Against The Above People And Send The Policy Or Covernote To Me On Urgent Basis. Thanks
