Latest one – Unable to get refund after returning product

I order an audio speaker from latestone.com, but the quality was not good so i planned to return the good on same day .i asked their employee how to return the good.their employee came took the product back and gave me an acknowlegment.now the company says give us the return tracking number we will start the refund process.
Problem is i cant find return tracking number on acknowlegment and dont know to inform about it …their customwr care helpline is not connecting my calls to any of their employees.i have wasted so much of my phone balance but of no use.
Kindly advice
