I have purchased a PTron15000mah power bank from LatestOne.com (http://www.latestone.com/). They gave me wrong product and I returned it via dtdc courier with my money but they are not refunding my money. It’s been 2 month they are telling me that in 2 3 days your money will be credited but nothing is happening. Please help.
