It is a very unpleasant 1st hand experience with Le Eco product.
The brand new Le Max 2 mobile purchased through www.LeMall.com on unpacking, the fingerprint sensor didn’t responded and after speaking to online agent, I visited the service centre but it was told that nothing can be done on the spot for its remedy and I must ask for refund since its a manufacturing fault.

I think that this is an inherent manufacturing defect and is kept hidden from the buyer.

They told me that within 24-72hours, the product will be picked back and refund will be given.

I placed order on 22-12-2016, received it on 26-12-2016 and raised complaint and requested refund on 22-12-2016 but till today i.e 30-12-2016 uptill 1300hrs the product is not picked back nor my email correspondence is acknowledged. Every time I am calling their call centre, they are giving some or the other excuse. I am doubting their credibility now and before it is too late I thought of raising this complaint with Consumer-court to get the 100% refund of my product and compensation of my time wasted and harrasement by the company.
