I am Kapil .A.G I have applied for a course and they asked to pay 5999. As the payment period delayed . They are asking me to pay the penalty fees of 7000 . They are threatening to pay the amount or they will file complaint in consumer complaints court legally . I have also paid the amount 7000 and I need refund .
