Hi Sir – My Name Sathyaraj X – I have registered my mobile number in a job portal. And the name Called Aisha from Learn and earn company messaged me from this number – 9033002655 in whats app to know that i am interested in work from home. And i replied Yes and she sent me a job profile and I enquired about that any registration fees or investment is there for this job and she replied that there is nothing like that in procedures…
And She asked me to register with my Latest Stamp size photo, Aadhar card and Online Signature… When the time i signed there was nothing mentioned about the fees of 5999+GST….
And now she has sent the Autorization letter with my signature and she is black mailing to pay it immediately.. And the other person called Rohan from this number – 9033197641 messaging me that i am senior person in Learn and Earn and saying that we have filed a case against you in consumer and saying that to pay 5999+gst or else you have to pay around 44079 Rupees if they filed a case against me…
After this i was so scared and literally upset on what is happening… than i was searching this people in websites and than i got to know these people are scam and lot of people are filed a case against them…. and so many people got trapped like me….
First of all i didnt opened any link that she sends me and even i didnt attend the google meet and learning classes also.. After that got a call from consumer department his name is Rohan Sharma (9033197641) asking me to pay 5999+Gst that is 7079 to the company with in 15 minutes other wise we will file a case against you so you have to visit with your lawyer with 48 hours to pay Conveyance fees: 11000, Legal advisors fees: 20000, Our Fees: 7079, Surat Stay: 6000 – Total – 44079… and threatining me that if you pay half of the amount we will not case file against you other wise will go to police station – Please suggest me get away from this fraud people..
