sir I have registered my mobile number in a job portal .29 January a lady her name is Anita rajpurohit from learn N earn company messaged me from this number 9033002655 in whatsapp to know that iam interested for work from home. I said yes and she sent a job profile after that I asked there is any registration fees or investment.she replied there is no charges. and she asked to register with my photo aadhar card and signature through online. when the time I signed there is nothing about their learning fees.. after that she sent a authorization letter with my signature. then she tell me there is a charge cost 5999+ Gst you have to pay after 7 days .first you earn then you pay she said .. after that I searched about the company then I saw so many people filed complaint about them .then I didn’t message to them or I didn’t open any link that she sends me. and also I didn’t create my profile through the link she provide.. even I didn’t attend their Google meet and learning classes. after that yesterday 15 .2.2024 I got a call from consumer commission department his name is akash patel phone number is 9033301265 to pay the learning fees rs 7079 to the company within 15 minutes. other wise we will file a case against you. so you have to come with a lawyer within 48 hours and pay 60000 or 40000 and she said if you pay half of the amount we will not file a case otherwise we will go to police station . please suggest any solution to this fraud or threatening money
