Someone contacted me on WhatsApp regarding a part-time job, and I was interested. They asked me to register, claiming it was completely free. They rushed me to do this to avail of a supposed free service. In their message, they mentioned an amount, and when I inquired about it, they said it was just for registration purposes with no need to pay any money. Now, someone from their side, along with an individual claiming to be from the Consumer Commission, is blackmailing me to pay money, threatening to file a complaint if I don’t comply. Please advise on the appropriate actions to take against these fraudsters.
