with refrence to this order#1206109720, i received the part of the order in damaged condition & when i requested to get it changed at the outlet which is Indore, the executives were rude to me as well as rather than helping out me, they cancelled my order, and when i reached to their online customer support even they didi did not helped me with that and resolved the problem sending me the foolowing mail.

As per our telephonic conversation, we are providing you the refund for your product ( SIZE ZERO VC E10224 BLUE GREY BLUE C3 EYEGLASSES) and it will be processed in the same bank card which was used for payment. We have taken a strong feedback from you and we are working on it. We are unable to give you any compensation for it, however, we will take necessary actions to give you flawless services in future.

And i m not satisfied with the resolution as they wasted my time of 10 days as well as my petrol and also kept my money with them for 10 days.
So i request you to kindly help me out so that they can compensate me for the same.
