I purchased a pack of lenses of Bausch & Lomb 59 from lenskart store in metropolitan mall, Gurgaon on 17th april, 2018. By mistake i bought the lenses of wrong power.I purchased lenses of -2.75 but i wanted -3.00. So i went to lenskart store in Sector 15 faridabad on 30th april, 2018, as i reside in faridabad. They told me that they have to cancel the order from their end and assured me that i will get back the amount return in my wallet in 5-6 days. And its been olmost 9 -10 days neither i have received any amount in my wallet nor they have cancelled the order. I mailed my issue to the customer servicr of lenskart.com but they told me to wait 24-48 hours and uts been 96 hours i am waiting snd i have not received any status of my order from them.They are making me fool and making fake promises.
