I purchased my glasses from lenskart and made online payment using my debit card.

The delivery came after 4 days late of given date. Also the size was very small. I contacted for refund.

They took 15 days to collect pakage from me and questioned me a lot. Even after taking back the glasses and promising to refund in 7-10 days, I have still not got my refund back.

It’s is very frustrating. Already a month has passed since I returned the item. Please help me get my refund
