I have ordered samsung core on 14 feb 2014 on emi basis. from lets buy mobile. I have paid the processing fee Rs. 999.00 after I received a message on ma cell enquiring about theapplication ID which is LBM14027730, and saying that you will receive mail for acceptance of the application. But, I have received no email uptill now. I am daily calling on the call center of lets buy mobile no ie. 01206644181 but no one is picking up the phone and the call is rejected. We sent a mail on ther email id compalining about no response and also asking about the processing of my ordere mobile. on that they replied that we have receive your mail and you will soon recieve a call from us within 6 working hours on 25th feb 2104. but I received no call from them and when we are calling they are not responding and nor picking up thecall. Please look into the matter. and respond to my given email id.
