Dear sir, this is to inform you about the mismanagement of the amount the collected from customer in the name of processing fees buy the website, letsbuymobile.com:I swastik jaiswal had applied for purchase apple tablet on installment system for which website had charged nine hundred ninety nine rupees in the name of processing fees to determine the criteria of my eligibility for the purchase of the same. Later on when it was foured that I was not eligibility they did not refund the amount as sated in their agreement. the executive on discussion informed me that my amount will be refund within 4-5 days but this continued for another 20 days and no amount has so for been recovered by me as such I request you to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest and see that other customer like me are not fleeced in the name of such fees. I hope necessary action will be taken against the website administrator regards-swastik jaiswal

Guys,
I have gone thru all the complaints in this website. I have also received a mail in my inbox and tried to access the web page. Before I pay the processing fee I just searched in google for online complaints about this site as they indicated in their site that the processing fee is non-refundable. Guys we should at the least made a thought before paying a processing fee which is non-refundable. It is very easy to create a website and do forgery actions like this. Nothing to curse. There are hell a lot of showrooms all over India who offer mobiles/laptops in easy EMI schemes.
