I have purchased a LED TV 55LA6910 . I received the Product on16th Oct 2013.

Customer support came for instllation on 17th Oct 2013. When he tried to switch ON the TV, but no responce with the Product. Since the product is new i felt very dissapointed. Request you to Look into it & replace me a new product immediately.

I HAVE logged a complaint with LG support. Request ID is RNA13107042270

i’m following for more than 2 weeks no response from customer support. I have paid 1.57 Lacs for the fault product and it is kept aside in the room for 2 weeks.

I have purchased the product at LG SHOPPE ,Velachery ,Chennai.
