I have a lg fridge model num gl-548 ytx4
Despite of regular comllaits at lg customer care and visits of their service executives my fridge is not working, the heating plate is not working and needs to be changed
The executive from the company have said that this part is not available and you should dispose off this fridge
The fridge is just 6 years old
Is this kind of service is expected from such a renowned company
