I HAD PURCHASED THE LG SUHD 4K 3D 49UH850T LED TV THROUGH PAYTM ORDER NUMBER 2182898131, FROM AMIT ENTERPRISES, 70, SAROJINI MARKET, NEW DELHI ON 03 NOVEMBER 2016 WITHIN THE ONGOING LG KHUSHIYON KA UPGRADE DIWALI OFFER, ON MY MOTHER Smt. VIJAYADURGA I’s NAME. AS PER THE OFFER I AM SUPPOSED TO GET FREE ONE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, A FREE SOUND BAR AND 6 WAY WALL MOUNTING BRACKET. BUT THE SELLER HAS SHIPPED ONLY THE MAIN UNIT BUT NOT THE FREEBIES. WHEN ENQUIRED, HE IS TELLING THAT THE FRE GIFTS ARE NO WHERE MENTIONED IN HIS LISTING. HE ALSO SAID HE HAD ALREADY SOLD THE TV AT A LESSER PRICE BY SUBSTRACTING THE PRICE OF FREEBIES FROM THE COST OF MAIN UNIT. HOW CAN HE REDUCE THE PRICE OF A BRANDED ITEM LIKE LG TV BY REDUCING THE PRICE OF FREEBIES FROM THE MAIN ITEM ? IF AT ALL IT CAN BE DONE LIKE THIS, THEN WHAT IS THE ROLE OF LG COMPANY PROMOTING ITS PRODUCTS BY INTRODUCING SUCH DECEITFUL, CHEATING, BOGUS OFFERS TO LURE CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS. IF AT ALL THE PRICE OF AN ITEM CAN BE REDUCED BY DEDUCTING THE COST OF FREEBIES, THEN WHAT IS THE MEANING OF ‘FREEBIES’ ? THIS MEANS THE COMPANY IS DELIBEARTELY INCREASING THE PRICES OF THE ITEM BY PROVIDING FREEBIES, AND THEN REDUCING THE PRICES BY DEDUCTING THE PRICES OF FREEBIES ! HOW EXAGGERATING / AWKWARD ? EVEN IF WE TAKE SELLER’s STATEMENT INTO CONSIDERATION THAT FREEBIES ARE NOT MENTIONED AND PRICE OF THE UNIT IS ALREADY REDUCED, IS IT JUSTIFIABLE ? THE PROMOTION IS NOT FROM SELLER BUT FROM LG COMPANY. SINCE I HAD PURCAHSED A LG BRANDED PRODUCT FROM THE AUTHORISED RESELLER, (IN THIS CASE AMIT ENTERSPRISES, LG SHOPPE, 70, SAROJINI NAGAR MARKET, NEWDELHI) I AM SUPPOSED TO GET ALL THE BENEFITS PROVIDED BY THE BRAND AT THE TIME OF THE PROMOTION, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE PRICE BEING REDUCED OR INCREASED. IS THE SELLER AUTHORISED TO REDUCE THE PRICES OF BRANDED PRODUCTS BY NOT PROVIDING FREEBIES ? EITHER THE PRODUCT IS NOT GENUINE OR THE SELLER IS NOT GENUINE OR THE PROMOTION BY THE LG BRAND IS NOT GENUINE ! WHICH ONE SHOULD I INFER ? IN THIS CASE I REQUEST EITHER THE RESELLER OR LG BRAND OR THE MEDIATOR THROUGH WHICH I HAD PURCHASED THE LG UNIT TO ACT ETHICALLY / HONESTLY, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY BY VIRTUE AND ARRANGE IN A HASSLEFREE WAY FOR THE PROMISED FREE GIFTS AS PART OF THE DIWALI KHUSHIYON KA UPGRADE OFFER AT THE EARLIEST IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID FURTHER INCONVENIENCE AND HARASSMENT TO ME.
