I purchased Air conditioner from LG in 2014. In September, the AC won’t work. Since the compressor is under 5-year warranty, LG said they will repair it. However, they said that they discontinued the model and offered refund after deducting depreciation.
It’s been two months that I’m following up with them for the refund (after a lot of discussions with them) but they haven’t processed it.
Please help me get the refund at the earliest as LG is not responding.
LG no longer servicing LG phones without notice to consumer. Any chance I can get a refund since I no longer can use product
