LG tv led very very poor sevice

i purchased a lg led tv model no 22LS2100,SL NO,301PLMP015107on 05/03/2013, then after4 month screen panel automatically disturbed from inside so no any pictures looking.i never press or damaged the screen panel.
then i complaint to lg service ,technician visited to my place then he took picture of scren panel ,after 4/5 days phone come to me lg care jabalpur then told me that i sent apics of your tv to mumbai ,your tv is damaged by you and you have to replace your panel no warranty allow and you have to pay for it 7800rs.
Finally my tv is in warrany period no any mistake by me.
